Brad Clemons leads the International Tax Services practice for UHY LLP in the United States and has nearly twenty years of experience in public accounting with a concentration in international tax compliance and consulting. His experience includes servicing a broad range of public and private multinational companies on a diverse range of compliance and planning projects. Additionally, Brad has experience with income tax accounting, extensive tax research projects, and transfer pricing regulations and reporting requirements.
Brad’s consulting experience focuses on global cash tax reduction and effective tax rate planning, cash repatriation strategies, and U.S. tax attribute studies, including foreign tax credit and subpart F/GILTI income inclusion planning opportunities. Brad also has experience working with inbound and outbound clients on various types of transactions including merger and acquisition activity, tax-efficient structuring options, and cross-border restructuring and financing strategies. Finally, Brad has extensive experience with U.S. income tax treaty analysis and interpretation, U.S. withholding tax requirements and planning opportunities, reporting requirements under FATCA and FIRPTA, and current developments and requirements under the OECD’s BEPS action plans.
